Mathew Tolley

Mathew has over 12 years of experience advising public and private sector senior executives on how to execute business transformations, build resilience and protect our national interests.

Based in Canberra, as Director of Industry Engagement within the Federal Office of Supply Chain Resilience (OSCR), he led several consultations with federal, state, and local governments and industry on efforts to improve supply chain resilience in critical services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to his time in government, Mathew was a senior manager in GRA, leading several projects, including complex network modelling and advanced system implementation.
