Shanaka (Shanks) Jayasinghe is a founding Partner at Trace Consultants, bringing over a decade of expertise in supply chain advisory, risk management, and transformational projects. He is highly results focused and  has led numerous high-impact engagements across the ANZ region, working with prominent listed and private companies in industries such as Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Industrial, Defence, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and Facilities Management.

In his role as Partner, Shanaka specialises in Supply Chain Strategy & Design, E-Commerce Strategy & Fulfilment, BOH Logistics, Network & Transport Optimisation, and Scenario Modelling & Risk Management.
